Holding space for parents who are holding everything
As a mom to neurodivergent children, I understand the daily struggle. Immense love for our children keeps us going, but the weight of judgment, advocacy fatigue, and meltdowns can leave us doubting our choices and abilities. This is why my mission is to help parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children manage anxiety, frustration, and isolation so they can feel validated, supported, and confident in their parenting. I am committed to providing a compassionate, judgment-free space where caregivers can prioritize their emotional well-being and feel empowered in how they show up for their families. By working together, you can expect to...
- Reduce parenting-related anxiety
- Build confidence in decision-making
- Feel emotionally supported and understood
- Learn to trust yourself as a parent
- Create emotional space for yourself without guilt
